Beautiful front-line apartment to the Mediterranean located next to the Estacio Bridge.This accommodation has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a bunk bed, and a third that can be transformed into a dining room or bedroom according to needs. This bedroom has a fold-down double bed, located next to the living room, separated by a foldable wooden wall to provide the option of using it as a double bedroom or as an extension of the living room with the dining table.The apartment also features a very spacious glass-enclosed terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea.The kitchen is open to the living room, making the space very large and comfortable, in addition to providing access to the terrace, whose windows are also foldable.It has a full bathroom with a bathtub.The accommodation has an assigned parking space in the underground garage, and the complex has a communal pool located in front of the beach.LOCATION:The complex, Viña del Mar, is located in the Estacio area, right on the front line of the Mediterranean Sea.Nearby there are two large supermarkets, Supercor in Tomás Maeste and Spar at km14, and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.Additionally, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports center with tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, and soccer fields as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attend the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weightlifting...Spacious, fresh apartment with windows on both sides, and above all with dreamy views!We offer the option of a flexible rate, for a 10% surcharge with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included.
