On the lower floor there is a second bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living-dining room - kitchen and a beautiful terrace in the first line of the Mediterranean.



The lounge is spacious, has access to the terrace with views of the Mediterranean and includes a sofa bed.

The apartment has fibre optic internet and beautiful views of the Mediterranean.



The urbanisation has a beautiful swimming pool on the first line, normally open from mid-May to October, and direct access to the seafront promenade and beach.

The urbanisation, Puerta del Mediterráneo, is located in the Estacio area, on the first line of the Mediterranean Sea.



Near there are two large supermarkets, Supercor on Tomás Maeste and Spar at km14, and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about 10-15 minutes walking from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.



In addition, in this same Tomás Maestre area there is a sports centre with tennis, paddle and five-a-side football courts as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass for using and enjoying the courts and attending the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...
