It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a dining-living room and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.



Divided into two floors, the upper floor, where the property is accessed, has a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a small balcony facing the Estacio canal, with beautiful views of the Mediterranean.

On the lower floor there is a second bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a large living-dining room - kitchen and a beautiful terrace right on the Mediterranean seafront.



The living room is spacious, has access to the terrace with views of the Mediterranean and has a sofa bed.

The apartment has fibre optic internet and beautiful views of the Mediterranean.



The development has a beautiful swimming pool on the seafront, normally open from mid-May to October, and direct access to the promenade and beach.



LOCATION:



The Puerta del Mediterráneo development is located in the Estacio area, right on the Mediterranean Sea.



There are two large supermarkets nearby, Supercor on Tomás Maeste and Spar at km14, and the area has many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Tomás Maestre Port, where there are many restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

Also, in this same Tomás Maestre area, there is a sports centre with tennis, padel and football courts as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass to use the courts and attend the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Bodybuilding...
