Gorgeous 3 Bed Apartment - Nueva Ribera
This brand new to the market, lovely, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the stunning beachside Nueva Ribera resort in Los Alcazares.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area. The are three terraces to the outside, one off the bedroom upstairs one off the main living room, and one off the downstairs bedroom.
This apartment is located in the 24/7 security controlled resort of Nueva Ribera Beach Club which is literally a few steps away from the Mar Menor. This apartment is a 5 minute drive from the local golf resorts of Roda and La Serena. This apartment has access to the communal swimming pools and is fully equipped to ensure you will have a fabulous holiday .
Beach and sunbathing areas
The apartment has 3 outdoor terraces that gets both sun and shade throughout the day. The three terraces, one off the main living area, one of the downstairs bedroom and one off the master bedroom upstairs with a wind out shade for added comfort.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the main beach front with a direct access gate by the communal pool downstairs. You can either take your own loungers which are available in the apartment, or you can hire them for a small cost for the day on the beach.

The apartment has an open plan living room. dining area and kitchen, there are fly screens on the patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc to ensure you have a comfortable stay. TV and internet are included.
