Modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with sea views
Beautiful and comfortable two-bedroom apartment with harbour views.
The apartment is very spacious and roomy, it has an independent kitchen with a gallery, a very large living-dining room with access to a terrace with beautiful views of the Port of Tomás Maestre, to enjoy first-line incredible sunsets of the Mar Menor.
It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, both with sea views. The apartment has two full bathrooms with a bathtub.
The apartment is on a 1st floor and its proximity to the sea makes it a peaceful place to enjoy good weather and tranquillity.
The apartment has wifi connection and air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle court and swimming pool. The swimming pool is open all year round.
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.
