In a very quiet area, beautiful beach house with two floors, very comfortable, it has a sunny porch with awning and BBQ, on the ground floor there is a living / dining room, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, vitro, microwave, fridge with freezer (all appliances are new) and there is also a closed backyard with washing machine. On the first floor we have two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two beds, a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and a toilet. Air coditioner in all the house. Solarium on the top floor. Television with English channels and WI-FI. Communal swimming pool. Close to all shops, bars and restaurants (500 meters). Beach (500 meters). There is a pine forest nearby and a playground for children.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house in San Javier. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together as a family. My partner, daughter, and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make beautiful memories.Our host was absolutely fantastic — welcoming, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, which made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway or a more thoughtful host. It truly was a special time for us.

au dela de nos attentes

la maison est très propre, les équipements très complet, le Wifi fonctionne plutôt bien (important pour les ados....), pas de chaines télé françaises, mais cela ne manque vraiment pas, le petit porche à l'avant de la maison est une invitation aux apéros/barbecues... très spacieux pour 4 l’environnement agréable, proche de la plage et des commerces (même s'il est possible de tout faire à pied, une voiture et conseillée) la propriétaire bien que ne parlant pas français est très accessible, (une amie très disponible fait la traduction) charmante attention à l'arrivée avec des boissons au frais et une bouteille de vin en guise de bienvenue, la piscine très agréable est ouverte jusqu’à 22h elle n'a jamais été surchargée, de belles balades sont a faire je recommanderais ce bien si la question m’était posée
