Stunning apartment with huge terrace front line to the Mediterránean

Three-bedroom apartment, with enormous terrace and incredible views of the Mediterranean at kilometre 17 of La Manga.



The apartment, located on the 7th floor, has three spacious bedrooms, all with access to the terrace and built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms with a bathtub, a spacious and bright living-dining room, also with direct access to the terrace and an independent and fully equipped kitchen. In addition, it has a large terrace of 80 m2 which can be accessed from bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

The apartment is ideal for families with children or for a group of friends.



There is a parking space in the underground communal garage.



The apartment is equipped with centralised air conditioning with cold/heat pump and with wifi connection.



Apart from having an open pool from May to September, both inclusive (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h) It may vary according to season. The pool has direct access to the seafront promenade and the Mediterranean beach.



The urbanisation is just 4km from the Tomás Maestre Port, an area with all the necessary services, including a supermarket, a pharmacy and very good restaurants. These services can also be found in the surroundings of the apartment.



We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation, add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.



Dogs are allowed with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).
