It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a single bed.The living room, with access to the terrace, has a double sofa bed (recommended for 1 adult or 2 children), as well as air conditioning. Both the living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans.The kitchen is gas-powered, integrated into the living room and fully equipped.The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.The living room has access to a very spacious terrace with spectacular views of the Mar Menor, perfect for enjoying unique sunsets.It has its own parking space in the communal garage, as well as a beautiful communal pool.Maximum occupancy of 4 people.LOCATION:The urbanization, El Arpón, is built on a hill, so there are stairs to access both the apartment and the communal areas. The communal pool is located at the top.It is located in the Cala del Pino area, a few minutes walk from Zoco or Plaza Bohemia, an area with many services.Cabo de Palos, located next to Cala Flores and Cala Reona, is a typical fishing village, perfect for enjoying its Mediterranean cuisine, specializing in "caldero" and its multitude of coves surrounding the lighthouse, perfect for diving.We offer the option of a flexible rate, for a 10% supplement possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included.Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and entail an extra fee of 30€.Professional cleaning before and after the stay.Dogs are welcome, always with prior notice and for an extra charge of 25€ per stay.
