This modern villa with a private pool is located close to the sandy blue flag beaches on the Mediterranean sea and the Mar Menor. One bedroom is on the ground floor with access to the ground floor bathroom. On the first floor you will find the second bedroom that has large patio doors out onto the front terrace, a second bedroom and a bathroom.
