Great central location in SJDC easy to get around. Communication with the host very good. The condo is well equipped with all the amenities. The welcome treats were nice and the book for the area had a lot of information. Would stay here again in the future

A nice, well-equipped property, with good communication with the host. The need for codes for gates was a bit of a hassle. Ubers/taxis were not able to enter past the gates unless we let them in. Grocery store is a 25 minute walk for people in average shape, and requires taxi or Uber home as you have to buy water regularly. Our main complaint was that there was no information resource (print or on-line) provided about the property, when codes changed, what was nearby, pool rules, how to operate things such as the Raku TV.

NYE stay

Once we got the address (have stayed at this condo group but not this phase) check in was smooth and easy. Things to know:Be sure you buy water-a couple of bottles are there upon arrival. There isn’t a liter water dispenser Snacks for your arrival was a huge plus!Beach/pool towels suppliedBuy ice or be prepared to make ice with cracked ice traysBring hair dryer (went through 3 & finally bought one)The condo is in a great location, was very nicely decorated and fairly quiet. The community is very welcoming and the shops/restaurants at the bottom of the hill are great. Close enough to walk to Drinking Time then to Los Tacos Loco, and the square.

Best Location

The property was as hoped for. Very well maintained gated complex and with in walking distance of all amenities. Few minute walk to beach and restaurants and a short walk into the the town square. Excellent place!
