The Resort is a part of my private residence ownership (or Timeshare). I have currently booked Christmas week for 2023 that I am offering for this year as I am new to Airbnb. I will be able to offer other weeks for future years, but right now that is what I am starting with. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions.

Important note, although requested, an ocean view room is not guaranteed (I have used my priority member status to request). I recommend that you confirm upon arrival to the resort your room is indeed, Ocean view if that is your preference. Typically the resort is really good accommodating guest requests to get you the room you desire.

Note: room photos are only samples, as each room is slightly different in the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony and this will vary depending on availability.
Guest access
Guests will have full resort access. Non-motorized sports, children's areas, and beach & pool access. Additionally, "All Inclusive food and drink plans" can be purchased for an additional price (I believe right now the cost is $280 per person, per day; with a 3 day minimum purchase) please check with the resort as the price has been changing of late due to supply chain availability.
Other things to note
There is a $3.50 resort fee per day that will be charged at checkout. I use my cell phone without issue here and at no additional charge, but unfortunately, on property the Wifi/internet is not included, although it is available for an additional charge per device. Wifi is around $10 per day.

As a guest of this resort, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. This resort also features a garden, concierge services, and laundry facilities.
