Gorgeous Casa del Mar Condo

This condo shares the amenities of the Zoetry Casa del Mar resort. This is a very exclusive village, and it is conveniently located in the corridor between Cabo and San Jose. The grounds are impeccably kept, it is an intimate and private setting you`ll absolutely love. A five-minute walk takes you to the majestic Sea of Cortez, as you walk through the impeccably kept grounds of Casa del Mar.

The condo is spacious (approximately 1200 sqft),.
We have a completely stocked kitchen, ample living and dining area, with a large smart TV both in the living and master bedroom, newly installed A/C, and small laundry room. It is on the first floor so it is easy to get to, and there is a smaller pool right in front of the condo (about 10 feet away) . The main pool is a beautiful infinity pool right off of the beach, and is about a 5 minute walk from the condo, as well as the beach. The parking is free . .
Please note: No more than 6 guests are allowed in this two-bedroom condo, these are rules that Casa Del Mar will enforce strictly, violators will be escorted out.

You can use the Zoetry amenities, pools, jacuzzi and most of beach chairs . Some cabanas at the beach has an extra cost . Also there are basquetball , tennis and pickle ball courts you can use for free . The gym has a cost aprox $30 us a day but you can go to reception and sometimes they have week pass better rate . There are 3 restaurants where you can eat . The spa has a large menu of services that you can also use. And for the golf aficionados, the closest golf course is at Cabo Real, Robert Trent Jones II championship golf course, a 6 minute car ride from the condo.

The condo is located in a serene and elegant area, even next to a 5 diamond resort, so the grounds are really beautiful. Renting a car is the most convenient option, and you can park for free off road by the condo. There are also tennis courts that you can use, our office manager can provide a key. Casa Del mar is very private, getting in can only happen through security, so it is a very safe place and a quiet community.

You can take a buses, which run up and down the highway and stop in front of Casa Del Mar, you can call a taxi as well. We have always rented a car and conveniently park in front of the condo, it is very convenient.

January thru April are the months in which the whales are traveling south, and they are truly a site to see. You can go horseback riding on the beach. There is a bus that runs up and down the high way to get to San Jose or Cabo, there are also taxis that can be requested easily. I would highly recommend just renting a car. It is safe and easy to move around Cabo, and you give yourself more options with a rented car. Also Uber is available .
We do not allow pets or smoking in the condominium, but there is a sliding door in the living room, should you want to take your cigarette break outside instead.
Casa del Mar strictly enforces a 6-person maximum at our apartment, extra guests will have to find a place to stay elsewhere and will be escorted out.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
