I don’t usually leave reviews, but the room we were given at check-in had a broken toilet—not clogged, but completely nonfunctional, as it wouldn’t flush at all. We immediately asked to change rooms, but our request was not accommodated. Instead, over the course of nearly four hours, two or three different staff members came in one after another to repair the toilet, which completely disrupted our lunch plans. Later that first night, I was severely bitten in the room by some bugs or mites (around 10 bites on just one arm, don't know for sure what they were). I showed the bite marks at the front desk and asked them to call a doctor on site, but I was told it would cost $120. Frustrated, I went downtown to buy medication and treated it myself. However, the condition worsened on the second day and I could barely sleep at night due to severe itchiness, so on the third day we requested room change and the guest manager moved us to another room. He was very polite and apologetic. However, aside from the room change, no additional compensation was offered. We liked the food options and especially the room service was quick and amazing. There were a lot of fun events that went on. Overall, most of the staff were very friendly, but there were one or two unfriendly individuals whose attitude negatively affected our stay. We may have simply been unlucky and assigned a particularly poorly maintained room, but even so, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.

The amenities are esthetic. The room is spacious and cozy. Staff are welcoming and attentative. The view from the room is fabulous. Food is yummy. Desserts and pastry can be better and fresher. The infinity pools are not crowded. It is a relaxing option for travelers who enjoy a chill and relaxing vacation.

Great customer service, Attentive staff , Great food. All adults resort , drinks are amazing ( no water down drinks). I've been to probably 15 different countries 15 different resort. This one stands out as probably the best resort.. in room dining was perfect and on time!! I have no complaints!!!!

Great service, amazing views, we saw whales from the pool everyday!! Service was top notch and food was amazing. Rooms are perfectly set up with all that you need and great views from the balcony. Room service breakfast was great. Entertainment staff was great, Katia was really fun at casino night and my wife loved the candle making class!! Fernando was a great Tepenyaki chef, we have scene many chefs and he put on a show like we have never experienced.
