Guests will enjoy the fresh air and sunshine and take home memories of vacationing in this fully furnished, one bedroom/one bath condominium. The bedroom has a new cal- king bed with views and sounds of the ocean waves thru the sliding glass doors. The living room is furnished with a La-Z-Boy queen size sofa bed with a new memory foam gel core mattress. Recliner chair for napping.... 55" smart TV with internet and streaming Prime, Netflix (Mx) and Disney+ . 2 condo phones. New ultraviolet light, carbon and charcoal water purification system throughout condo. The kitchen is perfect for dining. Lagostina cookware, Blendtec blender, Miele dishwasher, bagel toaster , electric kettle and microwave. Kitchenaid appliances fridge with ice dispenser, regular and convection oven, glass top stove, Bosch dishwasher. Weber BBQ. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Blackout curtains in the bedroom. Condo is on the beach, Boogie boards and masks, beach chairs, pickle ball and tennis rackets, golf clubs and 3 pools and 2 hot tubs and fishing rods, surf boards and pool toys. Easy access by elevator to the 4th floor.
