The top floor of a private three-story building in San José del Cabo — the most architecturally considered suite in the building, closest to the rooftop, with the best views and the best bathroom of the three.

Tormenta 303 was completed in 2024. The first thing you notice is the living room: frosted glass panels set between curved plaster columns filter light into the space in a way that makes you look twice — it`s not a detail you expect at this scale. The furniture is light and deliberate. The kitchen opens through a granite pass-through bar with leather barstools, so whoever`s cooking stays part of the room.

Two of the three bedrooms share a private balcony looking out over a wide palm canopy, with the Sea of Cortez visible at the horizon. Both rooms have built-in window benches with integrated storage — the kind of detail that reflects actual thought about how people use a space. The primary suite sits behind frosted glass sliding doors, with a full open-entry walk-in shower in travertine and a ceiling-mounted rain head — the best bathroom in the building by a clear margin.

All three bedrooms have queen beds and individual A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped — gas range, LG InstaView refrigerator, mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops, full cookware.

Being on the top floor means 303 is closest to the pool and directly below the rooftop terrace. Both are private to Tormenta building guests. The rooftop has a full bar, outdoor grill, lounge seating, and views in every direction: the Sea of Cortez, the Marina Puerto Los Cabos, the city, and the sierra. It`s the kind of rooftop that earns its location.

The Marina Puerto Los Cabos is a short walk. Fishing charters depart early. Waterfront restaurants and water taxis are there for the afternoons. The Art District and downtown are minutes further, and Thursday nights the Art Walk brings the neighborhood out in full.
