The master suite features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower and tub. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for home-cooked meals or a private chef experience. No smoking inside the condo. A $250 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
