From this ground floor corner Villa you will enjoy incredible indoor/outdoor beachside living in the coveted community of El Encanto de la Laguna. 3,000 square feet of air conditioned space - a gourmet kitchen and living and dining room with enough space for everyone. 3 beautiful bedrooms - each with its own ensuite and private terrace. Listen to the ocean and the birds with the floor to ceiling pocket doors wide open.

On the terrace you can enjoy the gardens, your outdoor kitchen and find yourself just steps to the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The beach is a hidden gem and just a 3 minute walk. Choose to walk for miles or enjoy the BeachClub - brilliant workouts at the state-of-the-art gym, yoga on the roof deck, lounge chairs and private cabanas by the pool, the beach with chair and umbrella service of course - and the outstanding Vera-Neo restaurant.

A Fabulous Experience

The home was top-shelf. The beach club was stunning and Maria was amazing. It was a fabulous experience.
