Guests will have access to both homes, all outdoor spaces, private pools, and the gated property entrance.



Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the Vera Neo Beach Club, located just a short walk or quick 2-minute drive away. The club includes:

Guests must provide names prior to arrival for access through the community’s manned security gate.
