Ants, rat droppings,(hole in the wall for the rats)dry rot, worn out sofa with springs coming out, old mattresses with no support or comfort, not clean.

This property was very dirty. The shower was dirty and it was uncomfortable to shower in. We had to clean the table and wash the couch covers and towels since they were wet upon arrival. There was hair in the bathroom and not very well swept. The couches were also stained. Positive: it was close to downtown.

Not clean

Easy to get in and close to downtown SJ. There were four rooms with four beds and that was the positive side. The bad: The bathtub was dirty, the stove was dirty, couches were dirty/stained, most walls were dirty/stained, smoke detectors were disconnected and uninstalled. One person from our party used the washer and dryer and found what seemed like multiple dry cycles worth of lint in the dryer. There were no kitchen sponges just an old brush. Emphasis on old. The pots and pans were old too. Place seems neglected except for the cheap spring beds, bedding, and towels. Even the flowers were not watered and dying. The only good parts were the easy check in and check out, available beds, and it’s prime location to my destination.
