This was an amazing find!!! We rented the unit with two bedrooms and had a great experience. Stayed for one night at the beginning of our trip through CR and the night before our return flight. Super clean, very safe, a well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, walking distance to several grocery stores, and a friendly, responsive host who gave us a ride to the airport super early in the morning for a very reasonable price. You do hear the airplanes but they stop around 10 pm and you would have that issue anywhere near the airport. We will most definitely return.

Absolute gem, with the owner, Edward, being the best part. He came to the airport to pick us up, even being a late flight, and stopped off at a supermarket so we could get a few things to eat. The next day he drove us to pick up our vehicle. The accommodation was lovely, everything you need in a clean, beautiful place.I highly recommend staying here 😊

Beautiful, well appointed unit. Very close to the airport, clean and updated accommodation, secure parking and nearby places to eat. Edward was an amazing host. He greeted us, explained the suite and surrounding area, offered to help with anything we needed/wanted. We felt so welcomed and well looked after. We really did feel like family. Edward y Familia is absolutely fabulous. I'm pretty sure it is the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The room is adorable, with everything you could need, and the decor and design is very tasteful. Edward picked me up at the airport personally and is a very gracious host. This was exactly what I needed after a hard day of traveling. I felt very safe and taken care of as a solo female traveler. Welcoming stay

We traveled with our 3 teens here. We spend our first and last night of the trip here because of its proximity to the airport. Comfortable and safe but the best part was the host. Edward made sure we felt safe, informed and welcomed the whole time.

What an amazing find close to the airport! Edward was proactive in communicating and very hospitable. He picked us up at the airport and took us to our rental car the next day. Our room was spotless, spacious and minutes from the airport. We did not explore the area as we arrived late and left early the next morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area. If you need an inexpensive clean room, this is the place to book.

Edward and his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was short, but was a clean comfortable roof over our heads for the 8 hours we were there. Had an early morning flight, Edward fit our family of 5 into his vehicle with all of our bags and drove us to the airport in the early morning. Would definitely consider coming back for a future stay.

We did a short overnight stay after late flight in. Host was wonderful for communication, pickup, and transfer. Room was comfy, clean and cozy. There is some noise from airplanes and traffic, but we slept well. Great in room coffee, but we left too early to try breakfast. Recommend for wonderful hosts, nice room and airport location

We needed a place to stay over for the night in between flights and they were so hospitable! Went out of the way to take us to Denny’s and the pharmacy! Everything was clean and ready with great coffee!! Clean water! Would stay here again!!

Edward and family was a quaint getaway if San Jose! The room was very clean and modern. It was conveniently located next to the main strip in San Jose with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The only negative this about the location is that the proximity to the airport makes it kind of noisy with the planes taking off and landing. Edward the owner was very nice and helpful. He even let me park in his personal garage since my vehicle was too big for the parking space provided with the room. They even offered a delicious breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, and coffee which they prepared and brought to our room for us. We appreciated the friendly and personal service that Edward provided.
