Hotel is very clean. Staff was very helpful. Food was good but wish there were more options other than pork. It was too cold to try the pool but it was very clean! I will definitely return to this hotel. Nothing bad to report at all. We did premium and half board for definitely worth it. They have free wine in premium as well.

Based off the reviews was the reason I chose this hotel to steer away from All inclusive hotels trying something different it was epic fail. Premium area was lacking I had to cancel wasn’t enough options. The two free drinks were poor options. Overall a quiet hotel but very boring.

Extremely clean rooms and facility. You can tell there is a high standard in hygiene. The staff was always eager to help with questions, especially the manager in the Aurora Cafe, I don’t remember his name but he had a moustache. He was so pleasant and professional. Also our hotel bus driver Gonzalo.
