Very clean and chic 1 bedroom 1 bath home in the heart of San Jose/Silicon Valley. With a nice private backyard and private fenced off front yard. The garden is beautiful and relaxing and well taken care of monthly. Close to everything in San Jose just minutes away from Santana Row, 8 minutes away from San Jose International Airport, tons of shopping just minutes away (Safeway, Whole Foods, Trader Joes) a great selection of restaurants and best of all easy access to all the major freeways.

The space
A clean home is extremely important to my family and I. We make sure the home is always in great clean condition once guests check in and out no matter the length of each guests stay. Comfortable and cozy living room with open area kitchen. Queen sized bed for a great nights rest in the bedroom. The backyard is a wonderful area to enjoy and intake the beautiful Bay Area weather. Washer and dryer included for easy cleaning in your very own private laundry room.

You will have one car private parking spot in the driveway right in front of the house.
