We do not reside on the property but we are really good at communication and we will be in contact with you via Airbnb messages if you need any help.

There is an ADU unit behind the home. Please do not disturb the tenants who are staying back there. The neighbor to the right of the driveway is also extremely sensitive to noise. His bedroom is on the other side so please do not hang out outside after dark or keep the door open with music playing. He can hear everything and gets very upset. Respect the quiet hours.

The house was in a great location and super cute but could definitely use a deep cleaning (dirty under beds and between couch cushions) and some of the furniture and appliances need some repairs. The microwave did not work and one of the downstairs bedrooms bed frame was broken. You have access to a driveway which is nice but the residents of the unit behind the house blocked us in one morning, which they aren’t supposed to park there. We would stay there again.

We were looking for an outdoor space to hang out in the evenings, this home does not have any outdoor space or seating. Listing shows an outdoor bbq, no outdoor bbq was available for use. If you are not interested in outdoor space and need many bedrooms and bathrooms this is a nice home.

We stayed at the San Jose location when moving our son back in to San Jose State after the summer break.The location was perfect for us, less than 10 minutes away from his school.The neighborhood was quite nice, and even though the street was a somewhat significant thoroughfare, we rarely saw cars passing in front of the house which made backing into the long driveway much easier.The house itself had wonderful amenities, new appliances and fixtures.With four bedrooms, and everybody having a full bath, there was never a time where we felt overcrowded or needing to wait to use the facilities.Keep in mind that the one bedroom containing twin beds is more appropriate for children, as the beds and bathroom were smaller than the others.The master bedroom was massive and had a nice large walk in closet off to the side which was perfect (even big enough for a hideaway bed and for somebody to rest)We were pleasantly surprised that it was quiet, I don't think we heard any sound from our neighbors during the entire visit, especially considering there is a second unit on the property directly behind the house.Whenever we had any concern (which was minor) the owners were very quick to respond with an answer and solution throughout our week long stay.They also allowed package deliveries directly to the front door which was convenient as we used that option several times.It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The house was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the attention to detail with the provided snacks and makeup towels in the bathroom. We love the convenience of having a bathroom in each bedroom. The property was perfectly located for exploring the area, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful. They answered all our questions quickly and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again!

San Jose getaway

Great price for our stay near the redwoods. We wanted to stay in felton but saw this listing with plenty of space for multi family use. 4 full bathrooms, 3 of which are in the individual rooms. Nice quite neighborhood, close to the freeway. Wish we stayed longer.

Loved it !!!

Spacious and modernly decorated and appointed. Kitchen was well organized. Loved the round table which was perfect for meals and just chatting. The beds were comfy. Carlos answered all of our questions quickly. Many of us said that we would like to return to this house again someday.
