Ultra private studio apt. Amazing view. Queen sized bed. On 1.25 acre (1/2 hectare, 5000m2) mountainside finca (small farm), 910 meter (~3000 feet) elevation. Rental strongly car suggested. Large pool. 2 private terraces, one open, one protected. In season pick your own mangoes, avocados, limes, plantains, papayas, to your hearts content. There are also palms, banana, cotton (!), and fruits of which you've never heard. Totally fenced in, very secure, electric gate. Parking. Many local restaurants of all price ranges, Modern supermarket in the area and farmers market. Three modern hospitals minutes away. Excellent for medical tourism. Tiny kitchenette, two burner stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Wi-Fi. T.V. Convenient to airport (SJO - 25 minutes). Pet/420 friendly. Owner lives on property. Twenty minutes from San José. Minimum 3 days.
