Spent 40mins waiting for airport transfer to hotel. Lucky there were other taxi guys around to help with phone calls to the hotel - disappointing start. Room was fine as far as airport hotels go, breakfast nothing special, limited choices and some food was dry.

I had specifically asked for a handicap parking space since my daughter has a cast. Since it was halloween the hotel was packed with cars that I am sure did not belong to hotel guests. When I asked for help, no one seemed to care. The parking lot in the back did not feel safe at all. Breakfast areas was dirty, not much variety. If all you need is a bed to crash in and out this hotel is ok, but if you expect anything else, I feel this is not up to Marriott standards.

The property is clean and well taking care, the amazing part is the staff, very nice and super helpful, I had the chance to deal with Jennifer who was very helpful, lost luggage and overall perfect.
