2nd stay here in San Jose. Rooms are clean with a sitting area, desk and comfortable bed. Convenient to the Convention Center and SJSU, with a conscientious owner, free parking and no hidden fees. No elevator, so ask for the ground floor if you don't like steps.

Great place. Clean, spacious and all one can wish for. Owner was there and always provided excellent customer service. Bonus was great parking and close it San Jose State University.

Nice place to stay downtown with free parking

The hotel staff was super friendly and we had a nice stay. Parking was easy and the hotel is close to a lot of stuff. The hotel had most of the essentials, no coffee but several coffee shops a block away. The bed was comfortable and on the firmer side. The room had a fridge and microwave but no ice machine. The area seemed pretty clean and safe. Would definitely return!

Hotel is very nice with large, clean, updated rooms and attentive, friendly owner. Comfortable bed. We will definitely stay again when we return to San Jose.

The CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in, not a spec anywhere I checked, I'm a professional cleaner and I checked everywhere. Everything was tidy, sanitized and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the property was very quiet. Didn't hear any other people much at all. We had business at the convention center, it was very close by and easy to walk to, if a little bit questionable. The staff or I believe the manger/owner? Was amazing, very friendly, always happy to ask us how we were doing if we needed anything. Fantastic. It was an amazing stay and if we are ever in area again this is definitely the place we'd stay.

Was checked in with such an amazing service! Nick is such an AMAZINGGG human being. Made us feel super welcomed and made us feel super safe/ cared for. It’s a motel or apartment complex where the rooms have been remodeled. Clean. Nothing fancy. Free parking. I was booked for one night but have changed to four night.
