We stay at this property when attending events in the San Jose area. Never had a bad experience. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and it’s a pleasure to see Nick at the desk. He’s always friendly and willing to help with any question we have about things in the area.

Yes, everything was great! The property manager was so helpful with everything. The room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. We didn’t have a car, but the parking lot on site was very nice and half of the spots were covered. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are fairly nice (newish renovation), with a small sitting area with tv, plus a larger sleeping area with a bigger tv. Aircon/heater is rather noisy on low fan speed. Good bathroom. Bed a bit hard for me, plus I did get a bedbug bite overnight. Lots of parking as it used to be a motel. Area around is getting rather dodgy. Next door is another motel being used for homeless/half-way housing. Generally, this part of San Jose has become rather empty since covid, except when the Convention Center has an event.

I had a truly wonderful stay. The owner who checked me in was one of the most courteous and welcoming people I’ve ever met — their kindness set the tone for the entire visit. My room was absolutely immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, and felt incredibly comfortable. The property was peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to downtown, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, cleanliness, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

This was a great place to stay. I stayed overnight for an event at Hammer Theater which was less than a 10 minute walk from the inn. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The vending machines had a nice selection of drinks and snacks too. I really appreciated the included parking, and Nick the manager was so nice and helpful! I arrived a little early and he let me leave my luggage and car until check-in. You can tell he cares about the property and his guests. Academic Coffee is practically next door which made it easy to grab a great latte. Would definitely stay again.

I almost missed the parking entrance on my way over. There’s limited parking spaces facing and from it with a back gate exit. No elevator, only stairs on the left and right sides of the hotel. Glad I didn’t bring heavy in a carry luggage. Property manager and staff were very friendly available if needed. It gets kind of noisy late evening outside. Room was clean and organized with sizable space. Coffee shops and other amenities in walking distance.

2nd stay here in San Jose. Rooms are clean with a sitting area, desk and comfortable bed. Convenient to the Convention Center and SJSU, with a conscientious owner, free parking and no hidden fees. No elevator, so ask for the ground floor if you don't like steps.

Great place

Great place. Clean, spacious and all one can wish for. Owner was there and always provided excellent customer service. Bonus was great parking and close it San Jose State University.
