Stayed here on the first night of my trip, arrived late in San Jose. The airport shuttle was great at getting me to the hotel without navigating taxis late at night. Breakfast buffet the next day has a good amount of options - staff were all really friendly and helpful.

the room is ok.. the sink has a nasty odor. Customer service wasn't the best, the restaurant isn't opened after 930 pm. Prepare to do stairs, there is no elevator to the rooms in the upper floors (3)... There is no shower glass door, so prepare to see your room almost flodded after a shower... didn't like it much expected more of it

The online photo is misleading; we did not have a tv in the living room area or a table with chairs to eat a meal. The living room furniture was old, dirty, soiled. Floors were not mopped, many, many spiders and cobwebs. Counters were not clean, even when housekeeping came to clean. Staff was always pleasant and courteous.

Mi estadia fue de una sola noche. Mis comentarios son los siguientes Lo bueno: El Staff muy amable tanto en la recepcion como en el restaurante. Los alimentos muy muenos. Adicional a que me pareció un lugar seguro. Lo que debe mejorar: Las habitaciones aunque estaban limpias, necesitan actualizarse. El aire acondicionado estaba muy ruidoso, pero enfriaba muy bien. Lo malo: nada malo en mi opinión. Mi experiencia fue agradable y definitivamente un lugar económico cerca del aeropuerto.

The staff is very friendly. The photos on the website are very different, which is the worst part for me. You arrive with expectations that are far from reality. The public areas are old and, in some cases, dirty. It's not a hotel I would return to.
