Staff was great room could use improvements the stove in the room worked but slanted the shower head was rusted the kitchen sink wasn’t draining bed and curtains had big stains the view wasn’t as presented as pictures the view from our window was a hall way and the bathroom didn’t have a lock

The check-in process was a breeze! The staff were super friendly and really went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. They were so accommodating when an unexpected situation arose with our room. It was a relief to know they were there to sort things out quickly and efficiently. I have never stayed at a hotel where an employee is coughing very loudly all night. It literally kept waking me up. I don’t understand why someone would come to work sick and work the front desk, where her coughing all night was loud enough to hear in my room. Obvious the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Also, the heater made a loud ratting sound so I couldn’t use it.
