This is my second stay here. This room wasn't as nice, as the last 2nd floor room that they put me in...it seemed outdated as compared to the other. And upon walking in, a mildew/musty odor was present. But it was tolerable. Thankfully the windows open and I was able to let in the fresh downtown SJ air 😉. Overall, the room was clean and quiet, breakfast was good, with an adequate variety of choices. I will stay here again, as it's the best I've found in the area at this price range. The staff are friendly and it's close to the airport parking lot I use.

I stayed two nights. The room was on the second floor, surprisingly quiet, as it was next to the elevator and stairs exit. Although, it did get noisy in the morning when housekeeping was chatting very loudly amongst themselves in the hallways while cleaning surrounding rooms. Aside from that, the room with king bed was spacious and clean. It would be nice if the mini-fridge had a freezer though. I absolutely loved that I could open the window for fresh air! I used their shuttle service to the airport and the driver was friendly and didn't drive like he was on the racetrack. This was the third hotel I have stayed at in this area, and will never stay at the Holiday inn or the Oasis (I think that's the name), nearby, both a thumbs down. But I will continue to stay here whenever I come to San Jose :).

Hotel was super clean, breakfast delicious! Nice clean bathroom. Gated parking lot. Pool looked well maintained although we didn’t take advantage of that since it was a cold day. Staff was very friendly. We did have to wait a bit longer for our room at check in as we requested a handicap accessible room but the room was excellent. Pictures on website DO NOT do this hotel justice! I picked another hotel over this one for our first two nights because of their pictures and reviews and I am totally bummed we didn’t stay here the whole time as it was a lot better. The only negative things I can say is that the bed and pillows couldve been a bit more comfortable and we were right next to the elevator so it was a bit noisy when it was used but that’s about it. Would definitely recommend!

Room and property were great as always, however, the refrigerator was not working when I got to my room. Once the desk was notified, mantenence took care of it within a couple of hours! Now that's great service.
