The place has an overwhelming feel of dirtiness, it's not dirty just feels it because of the choice décor, dark brown carpets, light brown walls (think a room painted magnolia, that several very heavy smokers have been smoking in 5 years plus, that what the walls look like), just feels bank and dingy. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from adjoining rooms. The Staff are loud, and whilst everything is ended with a please, thank you or Your Welcome, it all feels false. Whilst the rooms all have mini-kitchens, you have to request Crookery, Cutlery, pots/pans etc etc, not even a kettle and mugs are in the room at arrival, whist I can see it keeps costs down, they should at the very least ask if you need anything provided. Totally unimpressed, will not stay at any Extended Stay America again.
