The flight from LA gets in after midnight. It’s a regular flight and this property knows this. I made the reservation on the day it was at 1AM. But they claimed it needed to have been made for the day before midnight. So they had to cancel our reservation for a room $230. And give us a room on the correct date for $300. He said the system is automated and he couldn’t override it. Ticked me off. It’s a confusing set up and this property needs to be more flexible. Otherwise it just comes off as a scam.
