Ive stayed at several properties locally to this hotel, and let me tell you. Nothing like la hacienda. This hotel is immaculate, no smells, the staff everyone at the front desk is awesome. They dont mind when my room key is deactivated, they check me in and out quickly, they are clear about the parking lot and having your tag on. There are snacks for purchase. This is my first South San Jose choice for a hotel.

Ok for a one night stay

The location was great easy to get to from the freeway. I was there for a kids soccer tournament and one of the reasons I chose this place was due to the breakfast on site. When we got there and I inquired about I was told the restaurant was shutdown. The room was ok, some areas like the night stand had dried up something that was a bit gross but the rest of the room looked clean. Beds were decent and we had feee parking. Overall for a one night stay and the price it was good.

Terrible check in service, waited way too long for my room key at the front desk. I had already checked in online but apparently that does nothing to streamline the process. I had to do it all over in person, the front desk clerk was alone and unable to help.. There was a line of people and no rush to accommodate anyone, very disappointing.
