Best bartender and clean comfy rooms

Conveniently located (5min away from the airport and within walking distance from shipping mall) the rooms and gym were well appointed. Antony, the bartender, makes the best cocktails! The location can be a little bit noisy but at night it gets quiet and the room has good insulation. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay, perfect for your last day in Costa Rica

New Hotel with BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE rooms

This is a NEW Hotel with BEAUTIFUL rooms, hallways and pool. The bar at the pool is very convenient and is also beautiful. It has a shopping center steps aways which is EXTREMELY CONVENIENT. Unfortunately zero ambience and the prices at the lobby bar are very costly.

We reserved a "mountain" view room. The room we received had a view of the airport and highway, with the mountains off in the distance. It wasn't really what the online photo shows, but it was fairly quiet except for some noise from the planes occasionally. They were able to give us our room early so no complaints on that at all! The rooms are very nice, good AC, good hot water. No signs we couldn't flush our TP so we did (yay!). Loved that the hotel is connected to the City Mall so there are SO many restaurants available and may US fast food restaurants. It was kind of nice after having traditional CR food on the rest of the trip! The transfer to the airport was fast, easy and efficient. Really it was the perfect hotel for a night's stay before flying out the next day.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. When we checked in, the bathroom was very dirty, which was unacceptable. We had to call reception multiple times before someone came to clean it properly. In addition, the room had very poor sound insulation. We could hear people talking in the room above us throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any sleep.
