Room was very clean. Air conditioner worked great! Only downfall was at check in. We were trying to figure out where the elevator was and they didn’t help direct us at the front desk. We just walked around till we found it. But staff was friendly.

During my stay, I found visible blood stains on the bed sheets, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. After spending my first night, I developed severe skin rashes, likely caused by the unsanitary bedding. I brought this issue to the hotel’s attention, but the staff refused to take responsibility, denied any wrongdoing, and declined to offer a refund. This experience was not only disappointing but also a serious health concern. I expected basic cleanliness and accountability, but unfortunately, the hotel failed on both fronts. I do not recommend this property and will not be returning.

Nice accomodations in convenient location

Smooth check-in; large, clean, comfortable room; clean bathroom; comfortable beds, adequate outlets for device recharging. Pool was cold- children did not stay long. No room service during our 3 night stay, charge for parking was a surprise.

From the moment that I walked into the hotel it did not feel fresh and clean. The floors in the lobby and elevators were dirty when I checked in and when I checked out. Our room did not feel fresh and clean either and their was long dark floor in the restroom- yuck!

The staff during check in was nice, but come the day we had to leave Johannah the front desk was super rude, belittled me when i had a simple question. Online says a heated pool, we took the kids for a swim and what do you know, no heated pool....bathroom in the pool area VERY dirty.

Not happy being charged a “parking fee” for my vehicle, like where did you expect me to find a place to park if I refused to pay it. Especially not happy paying a homeless fee. It’s not my fault California cannot control their homelessness. That and the elevator inspections are well past expiration. Like really

I don't see why this property needed to charge to park. The elevator had issues and did not always work properly. You had to see the sign at the front desk to know that you had to request a room clean service. Even after I did that, we were not given extra toilet paper. The next morning I had to go down to get some. Tedious how self-service it felt.
