The pool area was a pleasant surprise - much nicer than the neighbouring Hampton Inn. We were especially delighted with the evening dinner shuttle service - a free shuttle into the dining areas of the city to enjoy much more variety that offered within walking distance - smart idea!

Everything Great, Pura Vida!

Check-in staff were very pleasant and breakfast staff not only kept the breakfast clean and well-stocked, but they also had all kinds of special things for the kids. They made a sculpture out fruit and a ballon animal for a little girl at the table next to ours. Even though we don't have little kids of our own, it was fun for us to see! The room and the rest of the hotel were clean and well-kept, the grounds that our room overlooked were lovely and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle from the airport was efficient and comfortable and although the hotel is right across the highway from the airport, there must have been a lot of sound insulation built in because we never heard an airplane or any highway noise. Also, there are two restaurants across the parking lot and the shuttle goes to other areas of town with more restaurants.

Great location for the San Jose airport (SJO). Clean rooms with friendly staff. For those early morning flights they included a snack to go - enjoyed that.
