The room was spacious and clean. There were complimentary snacks in the room. Also the continental breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was supposed to have been serviced every other day. We stayed for 3 nights, which means the room should have been cleaned once during our 3 day stay. Nobody ever came to clean the room or give us clean towels and more toilet paper. On check out day a lady from housekeeping knocked on our door before we checked out. This is extremely rude and not appropriate.

The room is quite okay, but the AC on the other room and living room is not working. Last night, it’s raining and terrible that the rain went through the front door inside. Staffs were kind, friendly and nice. But next time, please give us the first floor unit because, my 85 year mom is pwd and three of my grandkids are special.

The suite was perfect for our family! The convenience of taking the tram to Levi’s Stadium was an added plus. The breakfast options were great. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
