Host was very responsive. Location is an apartment with a shared wall. Great location that is easy walking distance to Santana Row and lots of places to eat.
Walking distance to fantastic shops and restaurants in Santana row. Easy access to everywhere in the San Jose area. Easy decision to stay here. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, everything you need.
Great location for the price! The space is a former commercial property, so it has a few quirks. The house has solar funnel lights throughout and you cannot dim or cover them, so when the sun is up, you are up! Rooms were decent size, kitchen was stocked and functonal, and the shower had great pressure! The place is dog friendly and our dogs were happy and comfortable. We will stay here again!
My family and I stayed here for my youngest son's graduation from UC Santa Cruz. The place was perfect for our stay in many respects, it is located within walking distance from the high ends Westfield shopping center and Santana Row. The unit itself was comfortable and it had all the conveniences of home, and it's in quiet location with ample parking. Finally, Daniel (our host) was great with his communication for everything from checking in to checking out to ensuring that we were set for our stay. We will be back in the near future and I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to San Jose. -Hugo-
The house was cute and very comfortable. The couches were great and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would add is a mattress pad. It just seemed bare with only a sheet straight on the mattress...but maybe thats just a me thing!It was really nice having laundry facilities right there.Kitchen seemed sparsley stocked, but we werent cooking so it didnt matter to us. But if you were planning on cooking meals you may have minimal supplies.Everything was very clean. Location was great! It was perfect for what we needed.

Adequate for purpose. Place for family to stay while visiting. Hotel rooms would have been less expensive. Some Rat/mouse droppings found when first entered. Hosts responsive in cleaning after contacted and before family arrived. I don’t normally use VRBO accommodations so I don’t have a good reference. Probably would have done hotel rooms instead had I seen the accommodations before renting.
