Between the filthy rooms and areas surrounding the pool and bathtub areas, I saved you from seeing the photos of the pool area, where the bathrooms were with green mold toilets, no flushing, and no cleaning for days. The stars are a mistake coming from this hotel.

Older hotel (brutalist style?) with lots of concrete. Seemed a bit dated and tired. Clean room with comfortable beds, but the A/C didn't work very well. Pool and gardens weren't as appealing as the pictures suggest. Buffet breakfast had lots of options, just few that we actually liked. Staff, however, were very friendly and helpful.

El hotel súper bonito el desayuno rico y las camas cómodas, pero un gran problema separamos el hotel 5 noches pero luego de la primera noche nos fuimos de trip por la costa y viramos la última noche y de sorpresa cuando entro a mi habitación habían personas. O sea q alquilaron mi cuarto a otras personas mientras no estuve. Imperdonable

Nice hotel spoilt by inconsiderate guests.

We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was very noisy with children running up and down the corridors until the early hours and parent speaking very loudly with no consideration for other guests. The breakfast was nice but very busy. The hotel location is fine if you are staying in the hotel as there is nothing around it. The staff, like everyone in Costa Rica were very nice and helpful.

Don’t recommend

The hotel crew was not friendly and didnt help me with my 3 luggages. The room was top noisy. I could hear the noisy from the room next door all the night, and early in the morning the generator started working with a loud sound, close to our window.

We absolutely loved this property. Checkin was smooth and our room was so big it blew our mind. The premises offered many amenities and really nice forest scenery. The pools are very nice along with jacuzzi. The breakfast was different everyday and it was good and fresh. Honestly the best breakfast food ive had buffet style at any hotel ive ever stayed at. It was my wifes birthday so we decided to try the restaurant on the premises and it was like hitting a homerun. Prices were great, food was awesome and service was impeccable. And one last thing the gym this place has could rival any sports club gym . It is so big and basically has the most weights ive ever seen in a hotel gym or even so chain sports clubs. Check this hotel out you will not be disappointed.
