This new 800 sf two floor construction has 1 bedroom (queen bed plus crib) and bathroom upstairs, with living room and kitchen downstairs (stylish sofa can convert into queen bed). Easy access to lots of nearby tech companies. 5 miles to SJ airport.



Other than two free street parking permits, a 9ft x 22ft pavement in front of the house can be used for parking a small vehicle. Use your best judgment.

Great spot for our long weekend

Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops.
