Horrible experience. Started with their constant emails to fill out a form. I filled out the form, on the first request, listed my vehicle for parking and my personal info. I then received constant emails and text messages to fill out the form I already completed. Checkin day, I arrived at 7pm, the concierge is NOT 24hours, I waiting in the lobby for 90 mins for someone to show up. I called the helpline for the property and Global Luxury Suites who is the management co. for this VRBO. The response I received was; sorry if no one is at the desk we can't help you because all we can do is call the front desk. After finally getting keys we park in the parking garage. The apartment is small but clean and had a nice view. I enjoyed the music from the bar area. Not for everyone, the windows are thin and there is no way to block it out but not an issue for me. Overall, Great location as we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Sleeping was rough, the bedroom is very small, I believe it's a full size bed and for 2 adults a little tight.Nightmare continues.... in the morning we go to the parking garage. Our car is NO where to be found. I messaged the property, NO RESPONSE. Front desk towed the car. A 550 bill and the car does not start due to improper towing. Needless to say there is poor communication about parking, No support to checking-in and we had to leave early due to the car issues. Property manager finally responded a day later, no attempt to resolve.
