Witnessed a car break in. Told the front desk and the e guy with the pony tail, who was at the front desk, didn’t even care. He didn’t call the police and did not inform those who coming on for the next shift. Cigarette buds everywhere around the property. Food is okay. Room is okay. For Silicon Valley, not what I would expect.

So when I got into my room (#217) I noticed that the room where the reading couch is located in, i had only 1 light in that room and was on the end table. So the room was dark, I looked into the bedroom, and had only 1 light in that room, should be 2, so that room was dark as well. The 2 people at front desk (Cookie and I forgot his name ) but cookie said that she will tell the maintainence crew the next day (but I was checking out the next day so that would be no help to me), the other Guy at the front desk asked cookie if he could go to another room not not booked and take the lights I was missing from there. So he did and all good. The next morning I was relaxing on the couch and at 930ish the cleaning lady just opened the door and came into the room and saw me and turned around and walked out. I had the door hanger on the outside door knob stating “I’m still enjoying the room” ( or something like that ) so I was still there. Good thing I wasn’t getting dressed or worse. I went to tell the lady at the front desk and she said sorry to me but “the cleaning Lady’s don’t understand English too well)..
Only 1 light in the bedroom.
No light by the reading chair .
No light on the desk
The shower curtain wouldn’t stay inside the shower, it’s hung too high so when I stepped out, hella water on the floor.

We got a wheel chair room with a bathroom that would not work for us. We didn't need the wheel chair room. The front desk provided terrible service. The woman said there were other rooms available but wouldn't switch rooms for us. It was my fault for booking that room. Terrible stay and service.

I went to check in at 10:00pm and they told me they didn't have any rooms available, even though I prepaid and my card was already charged! Completely outrageous and unacceptable! I even called a couple hours before then to verify what their latest check in time was which they told me 2:00 a.m. so they should have told me at that time that they had no more rooms!
