Relax and unwind in Rancho Mission Viejo at this stunning new home, featuring a beautiful view of Boulder Pond, waterfall and walking path, upgraded flooring, custom shades, and numerous designer enhancements. The spacious master suite (king-sized bed) is conveniently located on the first floor, while the second bedroom (queen-sized bed) is upstairs, along with a bonus room. The bonus room offers extra sleeping space with a King Koil Queen oversized airbed, perfect for guests. With 3 full bathrooms, including a tub in the upstairs bath, everyone can feel at home.

For those working remotely, a home office is located downstairs, equipped with two desks, a printer, and a robust network to support your professional needs. After a long day, retreat to the upstairs balcony, complete with a bar countertop, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and an appetizer while taking in beautiful views of the pond, waterfall, and valley, or enjoy the warmth of the fire pit and the deluxe BBQ right off the downstairs covered porch.

Our home is nestled within the 55+ community of Gavilan in the Village of Rienda, where at least one guest must be 55, and the second guest must be 45 or older, although feel free to have your children and grand children visit for a few nights. As a renter, you’ll have access to all the amenities that Rancho Mission Viejo has to offer, including multiple gyms, 6 + pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, and exclusive Gavilan community facilities. The Perch, just a 1-minute walk away, features a lap pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQs, tables, and a California room with a TV, refrigerator, fireplace, and comfortable seating. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Our home is within close proximity to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, golf courses, etc. San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano & Dana Point are all within a 10 minute drive, and Laguna and Newport Beach are just a bit further. San Diego and LA are within a 60 minute drive.
