las habitaciones en mala conservación,piso del baño mal no hay jabonera,sus almohadas duras y con relleno con bolas no permiten el descanso, toallas muy deterioradas

Mienten con características de habitación.

El hotel muy malo viejo y las puertas no cierran bien además que pague esta habitación por que las características eran que contaba con clima incluso la foto lo muestra y al llegar a la habitación esta no contaba con clima y no me pudieron dar otra habitación por que no había según disponibles no tuve otra opción que dormir ahí . ya que llegue de noche a la ciudad y con mi hija chiquita dormida.pero me lleve otra mala impresión al ver dos garrapatas muertas en la colcha de la cama. Mienten con características del hotel. Perdí mi confianza a esta pagina la cual estaba utilizando frecuentemente este año. Muy decepcionado quede x si le sirve a alguien la habitación que me dieron fue la habitación 204 de este hotel riviera.
