Welcome to our Vista Mar Villa 42 in the Resort Villas de Palermo, just 5 minutes from the beach. Enjoy a complete experience in a safe, quiet, cozy, elegant, eco-friendly family home with all the amenities, sea and mountain views, and shared restaurant, bar, and pool. It's perfect for relaxing after exploring the beaches, shops, restaurants, and tourist services of the beautiful town of San Juan del Sur and the surrounding beaches along the new coastal road.

The villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed, a sofa bed, a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. On the ground floor, there's the second bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathrooma, TV, and a wardrobe.

The main living room offers recliner sofas, a smart TV, and a work desk. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them, either in the indoor dining area or on the terrace with a barbecue, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, and a work area.

You have exclusive access to the entire villa. Within the resort, you have shared access to the bar and restaurant, pool area, and playground, with limited hours. You also have access to the trails and internal gardens.
