Apt centrally-located 6-8 min walking distance from the bay, just far enough to get peace and quiet from the night life of town.
Location, location, location.....this is THE SPOT
Centric to almost any of the beaches, Maderas, Marsella, Nacascolo, and more.
6 minute walk along the Bay to town of restaurants, bars, convenient stores.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apt is all to yourself conveniently located on a second floor with 1 more apt. The pool is shared with the 2 apts buildings of the plaza, and you have a Pizzeria and other businesses in the modules below. A convenient space in SJDS.
Maximum Occupancy:
-A maximum of 6 people is allowed in the apartment, with an additional fee per person, per night for more than 4 guests.
Condominium Rules:
-Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
-Noise/Music: Please lower noise/music levels by 10:00 PM to respect neighbors.
-Electricity: 20 kWh per night included. Additional usage will be charged
-Balcony: No wet clothing or unsupervised children on the balcony glass.
-Pets: No pets allowed.
-Parking: Assigned parking is located at the back of the building (Apartment 5B), with one additional parking available.
-Pool Showers: Please rinse off excessive sand at the pool showers before entering the apartment and bathroom. Note: Additional cleaning fees apply if excessive sand is found in the apartment or bathroom shower.
Additional Information:
-Electricity Outages: San Juan del Sur is a small town that can experience electricity outages, especially during the windy and rainy seasons. While this is beyond our control, the electric company typically resolves issues quickly. We have a small automatic ECO FLOW battery to help with room lights, fans, TV, and internet during outages. Please note: We DO NOT have a generator for A/C.
-Drainage Care: Do not remove the drainage meshes in the kitchen. Please refrain from pouring oils or fats down the drain. If the drain becomes clogged, a fee will be charged for repairs. This also applies to shower drainage (excess sand or anything else).
-Toilet Usage: Please do not flush wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
-Towel Policy: A charge will be applied for each beach or bath towel that is lost or damaged.
