Economical alternative to hotel

Mostly business stay so weren’t hung up on being pampered. One morning electricity was out in the area, but wasn’t a problem as there was a very good battery backup which kept everything going. Wasn’t aware until we went for a walk. A few local places to eat, good food and reasonable. All the items needed were already there, including coffee. Only thing missing were a couple of facecloths (maybe previous guest packed them), I’m sure that will be corrected.

The apartment was rather cheap and don't want to complain about it. However, the environment is lacking, especially the trash everywhere including the beaches. If you go there for work it is ok but not to relax. Puerto Rico has huge unmanaged environmental issues.

Great stay

Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people .
