the apartment is very nice, its in a fabulous location (we felt very safe). It was dirty and there were bugs in all the beds. they should definitely hire a new cleaning company, the couches were heavily stained, there was clothing and dirt left under the beds. We could never get comfortable because it was dirty. No water pressure in rainfall shower heads which makes it impossible to fully clean yoiraelf or rinse off. Depending on the time of day there was no hot water. we eneded up showering at our friends room in la concha to get fully cleaned. check in and check out was perfect.

I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool at all times, which was a big plus.

The personal kitchen was great. The self service laundry room was a plus! Mattress could be a bit comfier and the shower pressure could be better but nonetheless a fine place to stay.

Definitely clean room..directions could also mention there are two pedestrian walk ways the one with the driveway was the one that had my keys. Also the back patio has so much green algae or mildew not sure but it made sitting outside a bit tough and it had standing water which is tough by itself to keep mosquitos down. Aside from that loved the location close to everything and walkable to most popular areas.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is superb. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was spotless and very cozy — everything is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The neighborhood felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Good quiet area, plenty of parking space, great AC, I had read a review about no hot water but I didn't have any problems, just that the tubes were mixed up. Where it is cold, hot water would come out. If you dont get hot water, just wait a couple of minutes and its boiling hot. My dog loved it. She didnt get anxious, she had areas to walk around. Just head up there are lots of cats around the neighborhood. Hotel easy to find, instructions for check in and check out were easy. My beeper for the parking stop working and it was replaced quickly. This is a hidden gem. Highly recommend. Lots of uber/Lyft. oy water,

Apartment was very clean. Ample amount of towels. Great location with it only being a 5 minute walk to the main strip. Only thing to point out was the hot water not working for the shower, but it did work for the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets.

Excellent location by the entrance of Condado but outside the packed traffic. Excellent property with 24 hr Power Generator, Cold A/C and hot water. Fully equipped kitchen was great, too!
