Beach house steps from the trendy beach of Ocean Park and to Loiza street, where the action is! At one end we have McLeary street and at the other end, Calle Loiza. At boths streets you will find: different types of stores, restaurants (my favorite is La Cueva del Mar - fresh food and good prices), bars, banks, doctors offices and pharmacies.
The 1b/1b house unit has a nice balcony where you can chill out while taking a cup of coffee, your tea or your best drink.

As the section of House Rules doesn't give us the space to include All our house rules, we include them here:

7) GARBAGE
Should be thrown in the trash can only in plastic bags, you should take out your garbage during the nights that are specified below. Please collocate outside only the trash bags NOT the trashcan because it can be stolen and will have a replacement cost of $25.
Guests should put their garbage outside (in front of the main gate) GARBAGE Truck pases every night EXCEPT: WEDNESDAY, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAY.

8) TRASHES
Should be left clean before checkout. Unwashed trashes have a charge of: $10 for small ones, $20 for medium ones and $30 for large ones.

9) BED LINENS AND TOWELS
We supply 2 bath towels per person for upto 6 nights and 3 for up to 10 nights. We supply clean bed linens; can be changed every 7 days upon request, at least 2 days before.
Towels are only to be used, inside the property, they should NOT be used for the beach or to be taken outside the premises of the property. We include 1 beach towels per person for up to 2 weeks. Persons that will like more towels than the ones we provide, as explained above, can request more for $3 each.

10) BATHROOM AND KITCHEN SUPPLIES
We supply 2 bathroom paper roll per week, 1 paper towel roll per upto 10 nights, 3 kitchen trash bags per week, 2 bags for the small trashcans per week. Guess must supply their own after they use the basic supplied. Any special requirement for the kitchen, must be supply by the guest; we only provide what it's equipped with (Has all the basics as detailed in the description of the unit); in other words we do not supply customized equipment.

11) INTERNET SERVICE is free for our guests. If the service “goes down" for any reason, we do not make adjustments to the rates because it's a complimentary service. Problems with the internet occurs very rare; like happens with any internet service.

12) VISITORS
ONLY family or longtime friends are accepted in our premises and MUST ADVISE US PRIOR TO RECEIVE ANY VISITORS and we will let you know if its ok. We reserve the right of admission.
Permitted visitors will be allowed only until 8pm during the week and during Fridays and Saturdays until 10pm.

13) PARKING
If you will have a car rental we will appreciate if you park right in front of the house in which you booked the unit or in any other spot which is NOT in front of neighbor's houses

14) It is not allowed to take furniture from inside the house to the outside.

15) No Hair Dying is permitted.

16) No Candles, Incense or Mosquito Repellent that it's used by BURNING is permitted..

19) RELEASE
Guests release us of any accident, injury or theft that can occur to them, inside or outside our property. The same applies to visitors.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Calle Loiza. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Not accepted: bad words, talking or arguing loud or fights. If you want to argue do it outside the premises. Please respect it's a private property
Air conditioner and Fans should be TURN OFF when exiting the unit. You can leave themnON all day for $20/day and should pay this fee before checkout.
Lost keys $100. When keys are lost, we change the 3 cylinders from door and 2 gates and make new keys. Keys can be left in lock box to avoid this fee.
