Absolutely HORRIBLE! The place would accommodate a big family, BUT it was so filthy, the sink was leaking and disgusting doors were sealed shut, it did NOT have a pool/jacuzzi - host let sent me a message the day I arrived stating it was not working (we never saw it). We were all extremely disappointed- and I was particularly disappointed with the host's response time, and verbiage he used in stating that I was exaggerating and rude (even after I provided photos of his property) Pictures don't lie! Not once did he apologize for anything on his end- Def NOT a 5 STAR -I do not want this experience to happen to others-

We came to.property ans immediately decided to cancel our stay snd go somewhere else. There was a lot of damaged items upon arrival. Wire shelving part way unattached from wall, holes in doors, glass on sliding door seperated from frame, cabinets in disarray. The outside area with the hot tub was in terrible shape. Vines are all grown up around tub with some vines hanging down close to surface of water. This is causing leaves and alge in tub and tub was unfunctional. Thry also had a blow up hot tub sitting there. Weird. The grass was over 8binches tall and this led to many mosquitoes in the outaide area. We ended up getting a refund but this caused us to have to scramble for a new place to stay which cost us extra money since it was after 5pm when we arrived and it cost us a few hours of vacation time.

Stranded in San Juan

We were stranded in San Juan due to Delta’s IT issues and needed a place to stay for 5 days. This house was close to the beach, clean and cool and saved us while we were stranded. The property manager/owner communicated well and was very responsive. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful place, but need serious maintenance

The place is beautiful and very well located. But unfortunately it’s not well maintained. One bathroom was completely dirty, with a broken toilet, we didn’t use it at all. The doors didn’t close properly, there is a hot tub, but it’s dirty with frogs inside, they have a grill, but it’s damaged and located in an area that is not maintained (lots of weeds). Could have been the great place to stay, if cleaned and maintained properly.
