Nice place to stay to explore Luquillo and Fajardo. Parking was stressful and could use better instructions. Neighborhood was okay, but the beach was beautiful. Great place for a 2 night stay.

Overall it is a good place to stay. During our stay twice the elevators were not working which caused us to walk 16 flights of stairs. The kitchen had a roach problem and it was disappointing. We have photos to prove it. Access to the beach was great. The unit had beach chairs and beach towels. There was construction noise in the early hours and through the morning hours as well. Parking is at the 3rd lower level. Some walking up to the main entrance. Overall, place had a great view clean except for the kitchen but very nice place.

lovely and cozy apartment

Such a lovely and cozy apartment! It’s super clean, and having parking right on-site is a big plus. The view is incredible, and the beach is absolutely unforgettable—you can walk for miles in either direction! Plus, there are a few great cafes and restaurants just a short walk away.

Wonderful time!

Our first trip to PR and we picked this apartment due to the location and views and the price was right. The building itself is older but it's walkable to some great restaurants in Luquillo. We enjoyed relaxing and walking on the beach and the proximity to the rainforest. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony taking in the views and ocean breeze. Would stay again!

Great experience

We had a great time and enjoyed this beautiful property! Convenient location and great decorating. This beachy condo had an AMAZING view. The pool was a nice, quiet place to relax and the beach was beautiful!

Beachfront Condo

Loved staying here! The condo was very clean and the host was very communicative. The instructions to enter the property and park were easy to follow. The beach that this condo overlooks isn't safe for swimming, but there are several safe beaches less than 5 minutes away. Luquillo is an awesome town, and I recommend staying here to see it!

Really cute place with a stellar view.

This was a great place to stay but it wasn't perfect. What is perfect though? The parking garage will probably be a setting for a nightmare but hey, there was a parking garage. The security was friendly and helpful and that was a bonus because the remote for the gate didn't work. Probably needs a new battery. The shower runs hot and cold so be prepared for that. There is no oven and that would not have mattered at all but we bought a frozen pizza and had to get creative on how to cook it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but if you stumble in after a great evening of beaching, you probably wont care. Now on to the good stuff, the apartment was very cute and the view was second to none. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the surf and the surfers. Everything was clean, smelled lovely and was very comfortable. The location is what we could call "local" but after a day walking around, we felt like we were also local. There are very good restaurants around and the little hole-in-the-wall bar right outside the gate was a wonderful experience with friendly folks ready to serve up a Medalla. The pool didn't have any furniture but it was February when we stayed and with a beach so close, who needs a pool anyway. We took advantage of the beach chairs in the apartment and I have to say Thank You for providing them. The hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Overall it was a fantastic space! I would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything!

Perfect apartment

The apartment was so nice! Clean and comfortable. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. It is on the 16th floor and the building itself is older, but the apartment is beautifully updated. It was a good central location for our trips to El Yunque, Culebra (via the ferry that leaves from Ceiba) and San Juan. You can walk right out of the building onto the beach! We took some nice walks along the beach, but not a safe area for swimming while we were there due to rip tides. But Playa Azul is a short walk away and Luquillo beach a longer walk or short drive. The area around the apartment is a little run down but seems safe.

What a view!

This place was beautiful! It was obvious that it was just remodeled and they did a great job on this unit! Everything was really clean, fresh, and new! Communication and check in instructions were very good. The balcony is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the waves. And the views......wow! The beach is gorgeous and you can walk in either direction for miles and miles! Great restaurants in the area and the Luquillo Kioskos are just up the road. Overall really pleased with our stay here.
