Amazing hotel hospitality was great, ambiance fantastic, didn’t try the food but the restaurant at the hotel looked great. Overall great experience. A little walk to the beach but hotel provides chairs and towels. Great place to stay.

unfortunately, the hotel was not as pictured. the staff was nice and accommodating, however the hotel needs some remodeling and tidying up. A lot of rusts and old furniture. Bathroom needs to be re grouted and some up keep. Upon arrival , one of the bed linens needed to be changed due to pervious stains. Room switch was required due to non working phone. It seems money may have been put into the lobby areas, but the actual rooms need to be invested in too as well.

I did not take the trip, had a emergency called the hotel day of check in to cancel and they couldn't find the reservation. Now I am stuck paying for a trip I didn't take with insurance on it and nobody cancelled.
