Staff were very friendly and the hotel is very well kept and new. Decor inside the rooms were all very nice and amenities are very thoughtful. However I have to call out the windows. We got lucky and had a room with an albeit small, normal window. But all the other basic rooms have a tiny little window that you can't see through, which makes your room feels like a bit of a dungeon. Be warned and make sure you ask about windows in your room!

We had a suite and it was a great room! Only complaint it that it was on floor 6 and the music from floor 7 club was thumping. We were very tired and fell asleep quick so it turned out to be ok, but if we weren't it would have kept us up. We also had dinner reservations at Mar y Rosa and cancelled because there was loud music.

Front staff very helpful, we arrived early in the morning due to flight delays and they offered extended stay that we can sleep. Room clean, bed comfortable, very large bathroom, nice robes and slippers, complimentary water and coffee in the room. Very happy with our short stay before the cruise. Would stay again.

Ideal location! At the start of Old Town; walk anywhere! Bed is extremely comfortable, room very well appointed. The rooftop has great views and a fantastic restaurant.. all in all, a great place to stay and will be our regular spot when we’re in town.
