a lot of attention to detail. They'd tidy up our room right after we left the room in the morning and then would tidy it up again when we went out for dinner, so that our beds were ready and all garbage was taken out at night too. we asked for extra towels and we received them within 4 mins.

Loved everything about it. Friendly bilingual staff for my partner who didnt speak spanish, attended the complimentary cooking class and made ceviche, my partner and i endulged in the complimentary wine as well and the views of old San Juan from the rooftop pool were amazing.

Great stay, and greater food.

Beautiful space, the building elevators are tiny and placement is awkward but that’s what you should expect in older buildings, the resturant upstairs on the rooftop Mar y Rosa had amazing food, we were happy the hotel had a generator as we are very familiar with losing power in Puerto Rico. The only downfall was the room had a window facing inward and the light from the hallway did shine in all night. Over all I would 1000% go back and spend the weekend at Alma. The beds were extremely comfortable.
